Event photography package
Thank you for considering me to capture your special event! Here is everything you need to know about how it works and what's included.
What's included
- Professional event coverage
- A mix of candid shots, styled detail photos, group photos and highlights all tailored to your occasion
- A minimum of 3 hours coverage
- 50+ fully edited, high-resolution images per hour
- 10-20 sneak peeks delivered within 1-3 days
- Online gallery delivery with full resolution downloads within 3-4 weeks
Session time and pricing
- $150 session fee at booking
- 3-hour minimum coverage of the event
- $100 per hour (session fee not included)
- Priority editing (7-day turnaround): +$200
- Extra time can be added on the day (if needed) at $100/hour
Example: A 3 hour event = $450 total ($150 session fee + $300 for the shoot)
Travel
I'm based in the Hills District, Sydney, and happily travel to surrounding suburbs. If your event is further out, I may charge a small travel fee (quoted up-front before you book).
Good to know
- I do not deliver RAW or unedited images - only the best, hand-edited final gallery
- You'll receive a sneak peak preview of 10-20 images within 1-3 days
- You're welcome to send me inspiration or a shot list - or let me take the lead
- I do not cover weddings - but engagement parties, christenings, and milestone events are perfect fits!
